Matteo Bergami (Bologna, 1979) is a freelance photographer specialising in sports and reportage. He studied photography at Foto Image and refined his visual language through workshops with masters in the field. Over the years he has closely followed Fortitudo Pallacanestro Bologna and collaborated with Witness Journal. His work focuses on social and identity issues, with internationally awarded projects such as Pamela - Gente che lotta dentro e fuori dal ring and FAIT - Identità di un gruppo Ultras.
